Together For Safer Roads anuncia siete finalistas para su Programa Global de Empresarios para el 2020

Acelerador de arranque para nombrar a la Cohorte 3 a mediados de diciembre

BROOKLYN, NY ? 4 de diciembre de 2019 ? Together for Safer Roads (TSR), una coalición de empresas líderes del sector privado impulsada para salvar vidas, anunció hoy que siete empresas de nueva creación han sido nombradas como finalistas del Top Road Safety Leader en su 2020 Programa Mundial de Empresarios (GEP). El GEP, patrocinado por Dreampact Ventures y el Banco del Valle del Silicio, conecta a las empresas en fase inicial con expertos en seguridad vial de empresas multinacionales, gobiernos regionales y universidades para reimaginar soluciones que reduzcan los accidentes y las muertes en las carreteras del mundo.

 En su tercer año, el GEP 2020 es se centró en abordar los problemas y construir soluciones en tres áreas fundamentales:

Finalists will present to a selection committee in mid-December at the GEP Pitch Day to be held at Silicon Valley Bank in San Francisco. Three of the startups will be chosen for TSR?s Cohort 3. The 2020 finalists include:

Awayr A.I. –  a developer of human factors modeling software for human machine interface (HMI) technology and embedded systems, helping engineers design the next generation of autonomous vehicles, unmanned systems, ships, spacecraft and other sophisticated platforms used in high-risk, high priority situations. Awayr A.I. is working to dramatically improve distraction testing in the vehicle development process, to decrease driver distraction and to enable inspired vehicle design without compromising safety.  

Visión CY – una compañía de sistemas de visión y aplicaciones con una innovadora tecnología de visualización holográfica en 3D para aplicaciones AR-HUD y HMI. La tecnología CY Vision convierte el parabrisas en una nueva pantalla, lo que permite una amplia gama de aplicaciones de seguridad e infoentretenimiento para los vehículos de la próxima generación.

Derq – desarrollador de una plataforma de IA que se integra con los sistemas de tráfico y sensores existentes y que potencia el análisis avanzado en tiempo real y las aplicaciones de seguridad de vehículos conectadas para ayudar a las ciudades y a las autoridades viales a eliminar los accidentes de tráfico y a gestionar mejor el tráfico.

Digisure – an insurance services provider reshaping the insurance market by utilizing data driven customized underwriting at a transactional level, enabling marketplaces to digitally self-serve and outsource their Risk and Insurance needs in real time via API.

Medición de Deterioro de la Marihuana y la Conducción (IMMAD) ? a company specializing in la educación, los servicios y la tecnología en torno a la conducción de vehículos con problemas que se producen con el uso agudo de la marihuanaincluyendo... una prueba objetiva de dos minutos para medir la disfunción retiniana y determinar la aptitud para conducir con el consumo de marihuana.

Road-Aware ? a fleet management company providing driver performance assessment and improvement via a knowledge-based warning system, including alerts and safe speeds to drivers that are location specific, road geometry specific, and vehicle and load specific. It also allows Safety Managers to score driver performance.

Populus ? a mobility company that provides a platform to help cities and private mobility operators of shared bikes, scooters, and cars deliver safe, equitable, and efficient streets through better data and analytics.
